Recently, I made my presentation for my PBM and presented to my class. As most people know (either from class or club), I'm extremely nervous presenting in front of people. You can see my legs shaking and me darting eyes all around. I'm also not the best at making presentations, but luckily I had some experience because I made the presentations for my club.
During my presentation, I tried sitting instead of standing. I originally stole this from a classmate who did it first (if you're reading this, sorry lol), but then I realized it helped me calm down (somewhat) because I couldn't see everyone's eyes looking at me. However, my voice gave it away that I was nervous. I noticed the shakiness right before I started and tried to cover it up with laughs. I wish to get better at public speaking. Even though I was in front of people who I know and get along with, I still was nervous. I even tend to get nervous even when there's a very little amount in the room.
